“SUSTENANCE” a 36x48 acrylic painting.

Joy, clarity and authenticity. Originally, I drew the woman pictured on a smaller canvas a few years ago but I didn’t like the way her original background was. SO, I cut her away from the canvas and placed her onto a new bigger canvas. As I’m typing this, I realize there is so much more meaning to that. She’s brighter, more expanded, and hopeful because the sun has risen and the waters are flowing through a desert that was once dry and barren.
